Traditional Liquid Soil Treatment
The conventional chemical barrier method used during foundational construction stages.
The Process
Our certified team treats the soil at three specific milestones: inside foundation trenches, within backfilled earth along foundation walls, and directly across the top surface of consolidated plinth filling right before the concrete slab is poured.
How it Protects
It forms a highly effective immediate chemical shield that kills or repels subterranean termites trying to tunnel upward into the structure.
The Limitation
Professional termiticides naturally degrade in soil over 3 to 5 years. Once the barrier expires, re-treatment beneath an existing slab typically requires drilling through finished flooring or pavements.
Standards Snapshot
- IS 6313 compliant treatment at all mandated pre-construction soil stages.
- RERA-accepted certificate issued for builder handover documentation.
- Proven chemical barrier applied before slab pour at prescribed dosage rates.
- Widely specified baseline method for standard residential and commercial builds.
