We plan drill hole positions at IS 6313-specified intervals along all internal wall-floor junctions, expansion joints, utility entry pipes, and external foundation perimeter.
Drill holes are of 10mm and are drilled at calculated intervals. Termiticide is injected under pressure using calibrated equipment.
The soil alongside the external foundation is rod-injected to treat the vertical soil face adjacent to the foundation.
After injection, all drill holes are sealed with cement filler. External trench work is backfilled and compacted.
A treatment certificate is issued documenting treatment date, property address, area treated, products used, method applied, and warranty period.
