Termite Control

Termites are silent destroyers who chew through wood, flooring, wallpaper undetected.
Termite colonies are always connected to the soil and close to a moisture source.
Termites are social insects that live in large colonies. These colonies usually are located in the soil from which they build mud tubes to structural wood, where they then feed. They eat 24x7.

We provide both Before Construction and After Construction Anti Termite Treatments.

1. Before Construction Anti Termite treatment

Before Construction Anti Termite treatment is performed prior to the completion of the building.

The soil, building pillars, and other joints are treated with chemicals to prevent termites in this anti-termite treatment.

The most effective technique to avoid termite attack in buildings or residences is to apply anti-termite treatment before to construction.

Chemicals are used to treat the soil beneath the foundation.

To keep termites out of the structure, a chemical barrier is created between the soil and the foundation brickwork.

Treatment

We Provide preconstruction anti termite treatment as per Indian
Standard 6313 (Part-II) at 4 stages

2. After Construction Anti Termite treatment

After Construction anti termite treatment is a termite control technology used on a structure that is ready for occupancy or any constructed property or a home that has already been occupied.

Termites will emerge from the soil and cause damage on all types of wood furniture, doors, and frames, papers, cloths & among other things.

Anti termite after construction is the best way to avoid further damage to structures that have been invaded by termites.

Treatment

We Use Drill-Fill-Seal method of drilling holes and injecting chemicals at the junction of walls and floors, then sealing them which is used to avoid termite infestation. The floor will be gently drilled with a drill to allow chemicals to be injected, and then covered again in nearly the same state as before it was drilling.
